ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked within other agencies, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, team-focused environment I wanted to create in my own office.

I’m a second-generation State Farm agent, married with a baby, and family is a huge part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water and am a big car enthusiast. I stay involved in the community by participating in blood drives and supporting the Humane Society. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to me and our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mary Dixon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
