Mary Dixon Insurance & Financial Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! This role is responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, servicing existing accounts, and helping ensure our customers receive exceptional support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account servicing

• Provide prompt and professional responses to phone, email, and in-office inquiries

• Process endorsements, coverage changes, and policy updates

• Support clients with claims questions and guide them through the claims process

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Identify opportunities to help customers improve their coverage

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Prior customer service experience preferred
