Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, health, and more).
- Educate clients on coverage options and benefits of State Farm policies.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
